Welcome to Parmer Laundromat! We love to get to know our loyal customers, so in return, here are a few fun facts about us. The current owners of Parmer Laundromat are both nurses who met and worked together at a local hospital here in Austin, TX. We both dreamed of building something of our own for years, but still wanted to stay in the realm of helping others in our hometown. We stumbled upon and obtained ownership of Parmer Laundromat in August 2020 and are working hard to improve and provide top-notch services to our loyal customers. But the main stars of the laundromat are our attendants-

Najla- speaks multiple languages including English, Arabic, Spanish (se habla Español)

Rebecca- a true wash-and-fold machine y se habla Español!

Billy- clean, clean, cleaning machine! All three have been with the laundromat for multiple years, and their knowledge, expertise, and great customer service prove it!

Don - helpful and great with customers

During these unprecedented times of COVID, we have since upgraded our cleaning protocols and hold ourselves up to the highest standards of cleanliness for the safety of our customers and attendants. Other recent upgrades include installation of brand new state-of-the-art washers installed in 2021, new hand sanitizing stations throughout the laundromat, a new Pac-Man Arcade Machine, and expanded pick up and delivery services to more areas 7 days a week. Our ultimate goal is to continue making Parmer Laundromat the best in Austin and the surrounding areas!
